Shipping Policy

Worldwide Shipping:
we offer free shipping to most of the items world wide using our own carriers and shipping methods. Your commercial invoice for your order will be generated in US Dollars (USD).

Due to the current pandemic situation across the world, There would be a slight delay however we are doing all we can to meet our shipping schedules.

The information entered into the shipping address at checkout will be used on the Commercial Invoice as well as any other shipping documents. We are not authorized to make any changes on these documents as well as any other order invoices as these are official documents.

Please check with your country's guidelines to ensure that all required information is entered in the shipping address. This may include a VAT number, receiver name, phone number, email, etc.

Wrong Shipping address:
If you have provided a wrong shipping address pl contact us within 12 hours of the placement of the order as we are able to make corrections until your order is shipped.

After your order is shipped we are not in a position to redirect your package and no refund would be applicable and may have to place another order.

If you refuse your package without informing us and without direction from us you will be responsible for any shipping charges.
